If you’ve been feeling tired, anxious, uncomfortable, or simply in need of some time for YOU, this retreat is your invitation to slow down and be nurtured. Join us for a warm and welcoming wellbeing experience designed to help you relax, reconnect with yourself, and bond with your baby in a peaceful and supportive space. During the retreat, you’ll enjoy: ✨ Gentle yoga-inspired stretches to ease pregnancy aches & tension ✨ Calming breathwork techniques ✨ Guided mindfulness & meditation ✨ Relaxation for body and mind ✨ Self-care & wellbeing tips for pregnancy ✨ Time to pause, rest & connect with other expectant mums No experience needed — just come as you are 💛 You spend so much time preparing for your baby… this is a chance to care for yourself too. Cancellation Policy
The Hart of Mothering has a NO REFUND policy. In the event of a class being cancelled by the Hart of Mothering an alternate date will be provided for the catch up class. The catch up class may be be delivered either in person or online. All classes are subject to receiving sufficient numbers. The Hart of Mothering reserves the right to change course details such as time and venue providing all clients with at least a 7 days notice.
