Service Description
A luxury 6-week immersion combining baby massage and baby yoga for infants from newborn to pre-crawling. You will master a full-body massage routine, gentle yoga stretches, and mindfulness techniques designed to support postpartum wellness and parental relaxation.

Cancellation Policy
The Hart of Mothering has a NO REFUND policy. In the event of a class being cancelled by the Hart of Mothering an alternate date will be provided for the catch up class. The catch up class may be be delivered either in person or online. All classes are subject to receiving sufficient numbers. The Hart of Mothering reserves the right to change course details such as time and venue providing all clients with at least a 7 days notice.
