Service Description

A calm and relaxing first mum and baby wellness course. The 4 weeks will focus on postpartum self care, gentle baby massage strokes and tummy time ideas to itroduce from birth.

Cancellation Policy

The Hart of Mothering has a NO REFUND policy. In the event of a class being cancelled by the Hart of Mothering an alternate date will be provided for the catch up class. The catch up class may be be delivered either in person or online. All classes are subject to receiving sufficient numbers. The Hart of Mothering reserves the right to change course details such as time and venue providing all clients with at least a 7 days notice.
